FINADORM was founded by Jean-Rémy Bergounhe, a businessman from Aveyron, in 1984. The Group is now a leader in innovative wooden furniture and buildings both in France and on the international market.
All the group’s subsidiaries, in their own fields, demonstrates the same commitment to designing sustainable, useful, quality products. In every one of our business sectors, we have made our mark on the market.
Whether it be bedroom furniture, infant furniture, leisure homes or wooden roofing and construction, we constantly strive to offer the most ground-breaking, original and long-lasting products. Always one step ahead of the field!
“Louisiane” was founded in 1998 and has been growing ever since.
We draw our mobile home expertise from our building trade know-how, unlike our competitors, who come from the caravan industry. This is part of our DNA and helps to explain our success.
The quality of our materials and of our structural elements means that our products have a significantly longer life expectancy. “Louisiane” has gained the trust of more than 1,000 campsites throughout France and throughout Europe, with its range of rental park homes.
Our manufacturing techniques are tried and tested and guarantee mobile homes with an unrivalled level of comfort. Over 30,000 Louisiane leisure homes have currently been installed in parks across the continent.
Louisiane relies on an extensive network of locally-based dealers and partners who can advise our customers on their choice of mobile home.
Louisiane has two sites and over 200 staff:
the Loudéac site (Côtes d’Armor, central Brittany), houses the head office, a production unit and the administrative offices;
The La Cavalerie site (Aveyron, south of France) began production in 2002 and services the south of France market.
All our models are designed to be long-lasting. Our equipment’s undisputed resilience and reliability and the strength of our structural elements have made Louisiane a quality hallmark in the mobile home market.
ROOF INSULATION
All our models are fitted with standard high-performance thermal-acoustic fibreglass insulation and a vapour barrier.

“Extra thick” outer walls.
Insulation panels cut out and adjusted exactly to the dimensions of the wooden wall structure
to prevent thermal bridges and to guarantee optimal insulation efficiency.
Standard: polystyrene wall insulation.
Optional: Graphipan insulation (Thermal coefficient 23% higher than standard polystyrene).
FLOOR INSULATION
Standard: floor insulation with polyethylene film + 40mm of polystyrene + 19mm thickness water-repellent CTBH-quality chipboard panels.
Optional: 40mm Graphipan (Thermal coefficient 23% higher than standard polystyrene).
Optional: 2 x 40mm Graphipan (Thermal coefficient 146% higher than standard polystyrene).
FRAME RESISTANCE AND DURABILITY

STANDARD CONFORMITY
European Standard EN 1647, established by the European Committee for Standardisation, aims to ensure the health and safety of persons using mobile homes by setting minimum requirements relating to aspects like emergency exits, ventilation, hazardous areas around household appliances, and the installation and use of liquid petroleum gas.
